This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the operation of this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and defines the terms and conditions for the use of the Website’s materials and services.
The Website Administrator provides information about itself as well as contact details for feedback on the Website.
This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. Performing conclusive actions by individuals or legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) aimed at using the Website constitutes unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. The User hereby confirms that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and entering into the Agreement under the terms set forth herein.
Terms of Website Use
- The use of any materials and services of the Website is regulated by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. The materials and services of the Website are intended solely for lawful use.
- The User is entitled, at their discretion, to review the Website’s materials and services, and to order and purchase goods and/or services offered on the Website.
- The User agrees to use the Website without violating the property and/or non-property rights of third parties, as well as any prohibitions and restrictions established by applicable law, including but not limited to: copyright and related rights, trademark rights, service mark rights, rights to appellations of origin, industrial design rights, rights to use images of persons, as well as any actions that may lead or could lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Website and its services, including using software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the Website’s proper functioning.
- Use of the Website’s materials without the consent of the rights holder is not permitted. Lawful use of Website materials requires the consent of the Website Administrator or the rights holder.
- If technically possible, the User may leave comments and other posts on the Website. The User guarantees that such comments or posts do not violate applicable law and do not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, discrediting, threatening, pornographic, hostile materials, harassment, racial or ethnic discrimination, or incitement to actions that may constitute criminal offenses, or otherwise unacceptable content, including materials promoting violence, cruelty, or containing profanity. The Website Administration is not obliged to pre-moderate User-generated content. The User bears full responsibility for comments and posts placed on the Website.
- The Website Administrator is not responsible for the User’s visits to or use of external resources, links to which may be present on the Website. The User follows such external links at their own discretion and risk.
- The User agrees that the Website Administration is not liable for any possible or actual losses or damages related to any Website content, goods or services available on the Website, or obtained through external sites or resources, or other User interactions based on Website information or links.
- By providing their personal data to the Website Administration in any form (registration, placing orders, subscribing to promotional mailings, etc.), the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006. Personal data processing is regulated by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation and the Website’s Privacy Policy.
- The Website Administrator may at any time, unilaterally and without notifying the User, change Website content or amend this Agreement. Such changes take effect upon publication of the new version on this page. The current version is always available on this page. The Administrator recommends periodically reviewing the Agreement. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must stop using the Website.
- The Website Administrator may restrict the User’s access to the Website if it reasonably believes the User is engaging in unlawful activity. Additionally, the Administrator may remove User materials at the request of authorized state authorities or interested parties if such materials violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- The Website Administrator and the User are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement and the laws of the Russian Federation. The Administrator is not responsible for technical interruptions in the Website’s operation but will take reasonable measures to prevent them.
- All disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
- All data posted or stored on this Website is located on equipment situated within the territory of the Russian Federation.
- The Administrator may suspend the Website’s operation, fully or partially, until necessary maintenance and/or upgrades are completed.
- By accepting this Agreement (offer), the User guarantees that they have read, agree with, fully and unconditionally accept all its terms, and undertake to comply with them.
